Over the course of use, there are various issues that pop-up
in the laptop you use. Irrespective of their brands, all laptops do get
problems. Toshiba is one of the most trusted and widely used laptop brand. It
has a huge user base that consist of professionals, home users, governments,
and large firms.
Despite of being among the best laptops, the Toshiba laptops
are also not untouched by the various issues that usually occur in a laptop. Of
the various issues, one issue that Toshiba Satellite users often face is that
the touchpad of their Toshiba laptop doesn’t scrolls.
So if your Toshiba touchpad is not scrolling but its other
features are working, then all you have to do is simply adjust the mouse
settings. If this problem occurs
suddenly, then try restarting the laptop. If restarting doesn’t work then check
the mouse properties, using the Control Panel.
Simply open Control Panel and open Mouse properties window.
Once the window gets opened, then select the Touchpad tab. You may then have to
click on properties, settings, or advanced (as per your laptop build) to
finally get the mouse scroll option. Once you have the scroll settings, all you
have to do is enable scrolling. Usually there will be a “Enable Scrolling”
checkbox. Simply enable the checkbox. Next, define the scrolling region. The
option for defining scrolling region is available in the same scroll settings
window.
Once done, simply apply the setting changes and exit. The
issue will be solved. However if the issue still remains there then it is best
that you avail Toshiba technical support.
Getting issues in computers is a common thing. It is just
