Code for MS-DOS and MS-Word for Windows now released by Microsoft

Microsoft recently made a new announcement for the general public, in which it has released the source code for the earlier known versions of MS-DOS and MS Word for all.

This dates back to 1986, when IBM first approached Microsoft to create an operating system for its range of IBM PCs.
